Finding a solution for Curasept’s retail store as well as a wholesale portal, required duplicate sets of pricing, volume discounts, pay on accounts and shipping.
Curasept are currently using an older version of the LiveCube CMS (version 3.5) with the latest version being version 4.5. The website is outdated, requires updating and will be redeveloped and migrated to Shopify. As part of the migration process all current functionality and data will be brought across to Shopify and in the future MYOB Advanced can be integrated.
The ecommerce side of Curasept is a small but integral channel for their current retail and wholesale customers. We recommended starting with a Basic Shopify subscription with apps to service their wholesale needs. This method will provide a way for Curasept to minimise ongoing costs while giving them the capability to expand their ecommerce business in the future.
The new site provides Curasept with new and streamlined order management capabilities including enhanced customer notifications, order fulfilment and cancellation/refund processes. Curasept wholesale customers can better manage bulk orders through the wholesale order form and can access discounts available to approved wholesale customers. All Curasept customers also have access to the new, interactive stockist finder that will help them pickup their Curasept products from a physical store nearest to them.
