DBG’s custom LiveCube software, a powerful eCommerce platform that is designed to seamlessly integrated with ERP, POS, accounting, and warehouse management systems. LiveCube helps streamline online sales, internal processes, distribution and fulfilment.
LiveCube, based on the latest Microsoft technology, is fast, secure, scalable and designed to include many functions needed in today’s fast-moving eCommerce world, with the ability to evolve and continue to push the boundaries into the future.
The solution was linked to Provisions Tencia software via LiveSync for automation of supplier and member statements.
ProVision had a purpose built, proprietary Debtor Statement System, PV18, which interfaced with suppliers through EDI file imports, validates relevant data and generates the required debtor statements for Members at month end.
The existing process involved significant manual processing and required dedicated ongoing support. The company required a new Debtor Statement System that had greater automation, generated debtor statements for Members with greater efficiency and integrated with Tencia.
To create a new new Statement System called ProAccounts that seamlessly integrates with Tencia and has the ability to process and synchronise hundreds of thousands of records instantly. .
An entirely new EDI process was created that required Provision suppliers to change to use only the one format of EDI and upload their data each day.
The integration can seamlessly process hundreds of thousands of records a day into ProAccounts and Tencia. Provision are able to automatically generate all the required statements for the Suppliers and Members each month which is based on their required business logic and must go through an approval process before being sent.
At the end of each month, Members pay their outstanding bill online which automatically reconciles with Tencia and streamlines this process.
