In operation for over 25 years, Plantmark is a trade only wholesale plant supplier with 6 geographic locations in Australia and stock over 200,000 variations of plants from more than 600 production nurseries that supply to the nursery, landscape, horticultural, building, development or local Government sectors. Plantmark have been a DBG customer since 2008.

DBG’s custom LiveCube software, a powerful eCommerce platform that is designed to seamlessly integrated with ERP, POS, accounting, and warehouse management systems. LiveCube helps streamline online sales, internal processes, distribution and fulfilment.
LiveCube, based on the latest Microsoft technology, is fast, secure, scalable and designed to include many functions needed in today’s fast-moving eCommerce world, with the ability to evolve and continue to push the boundaries into the future.
The Challenge
The clients requirements were vast including for their ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operation 365 to be integrated with their ecommerce online store; to search and view product information; the ability for plant dealers to request quotes on plant lists and for them to create quotes for their direct customers; ability for download and payment of outstanding invoices online.
The client also requested the development of their Native App to be functional on both Apple and Android; for the full functionality of the website replicated in the App; the ability to scan products and check out / payment white on site; and separate supplier and customer Kiosk.
The Strategy
Utilising the custom integration with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operation 365 to manage products, inventory levels, and customer data; run complex product reports; attach data sheets to each product; and customer usage reports for inactive customers and the one touch ability to disable multiple customers.
The Results
The solution implemented helps Plantmark completely run their entire business. From Suppliers who utilise the Supplier Kiosk, to Landscapers who can purchase plants using the website or App. The solution has allowed Plantmark to streamline their internal processes and grow both the Supplier and Landscaping base.
