The Challenge
Rembrandt Imagewear sought to enhance its digital experience for B2B customers while maintaining accessibility for general visitors. Key requirements included:
- Enhanced B2B Value: Provide a more tailored experience for key clients.
- Simplified Reordering: Implement a personalized reorder form for each B2B customer highlighting their frequently purchased items.
- B2B clients log in: To browse the full product range (30,000–50,000 SKUs across 20 suppliers), view pricing, and place orders.
- Visitor Access: Enable non-logged-in users to browse the full catalog without prices or the ability to order.
- Flexible Payment Options: Support online payments via credit card and “pay on account” options.
The Strategy
To address these challenges, we executed a complete Shopify site build from the ground up. Our approach included; collaborating with the client to gather detailed design and functionality specifications; leveraging a Shopify B2B app that was extensively customised to meet complex business requirements; ensuring a seamless user experience for both B2B clients and general visitors while maintaining system scalability.

As South Australia’s only necktie manufacturer, their ethically certified factory in Kent Town produces premium, custom-made garments that reflect the highest quality standards. Offering embroidery, screen printing, and heat press services, Imagewear delivers tailored, stylish, and functional uniforms to meet diverse client needs.
