We worked with Prochem to build an integrated platform with Pronto ERP using LiveCube and LiveSync, enabling customers to view pricing and order online. We later added SAP Ariba integration, allowing direct PO processing. The solution reduces manual tasks, lowers error rates, and improves efficiency—delivering clear ROI and a strong competitive advantage.

The Strategy
The website needed integration with Pronto and customisations including warehouse stock display, synchronisation across six warehouses, logged-in customer data sets, and Pronto special pricing.
The Challenge
Prochem required a new website that integrated with Pronto, displayed products and allowed customers to download product specifications and information. The specific site requirements included a secure B2B customer logins linked to their unique customer account within Pronto to allow them to view their Pronto pricing and place orders via the website.
The Technology
The solution was developed on LiveCube by dbg—a powerful, scalable eCommerce platform built on the latest Microsoft technologies. Known for its seamless integration with ERP, POS, accounting, and warehouse systems, LiveCube enabled Prochem’s unique site requirements.
