We partnered with Pride Mobility to deliver a suite of solutions via LiveCube, focused on internal efficiency and dealer support. We developed a Web Services API linking their Tencia ERP with a native mobile app, offering real-time access to orders, invoices, and serial numbers. We also built a Mobility Scooter Configurator and a secure, role-based file library. These tools simplified operations, improved dealer engagement, and enabled scalable digital growth.

The Strategy

We partnered with Pride Mobility Australia to integrate the PQ-365 app with their internal Tencia ERP system, enabling real-time access to critical data and enhancing the user experience for mobility providers and clinicians.

The Australian-based PQ-365 App was successfully integrated with Pride Mobility’s Tencia software and launched on the App Store, enabling customers to instantly query serial numbers and invoices.

Working with Pride Mobility Australia, Pride Mobility US and Communicat to determine the data that was required to replicate the US PQ-365 integration. The required structure for each web service was agreed upon and the relevant Tencia data mapped and returned.

dbg completed the development of a Web Services API for Pride Mobility Australia that linked to their internal software Tencia and replicated their US model PQ-365 that provides resources, ability to track orders, search invoices, find serial numbers and more.
