



Our custom solution has streamlined Plantmark’s internal processes, supporting growth across both Supplier and Landscaping channels—from Supplier Kiosk users to wholesalers and landscapers purchasing via the website or App.
We partnered with Plantmark, one of Australia’s top wholesale trade nurseries, to deliver an integrated solution connected to their D365 Finance and Operations system. Using our LiveCube and LiveSync platforms, we developed an eCommerce store for Landscapers to search, quote, and order plants online, and a supplier kiosk for Growers to manage inventory nationwide. We also built business portals for tender requests and native apps for mobility. These solutions streamlined operations, enhanced user experience, and supported scalable growth.

With enhanced functionality, including a seamless integration between their ERP system and eCommerce platform, Plantmark has successfully increased efficiency for both suppliers and customers—whether using the Supplier Kiosk or making purchases via the website or mobile app.






The Strategy
Our strategy focused on using a custom integration with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations 365 to manage products, inventory levels, and customer data. It also included running complex product reports, attaching data sheets to each product, and enabling customer usage reports for inactive accounts. Additionally, the system provides the ability to disable multiple customers with a single action, enhancing administrative efficiency.
The Challenge
Plantmark’s requirements were vast and complex, including the integration of their ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations 365, with their online store. Additional requirements included enabling plant dealers to request quotes on plant lists, creating quotes for direct customers, and allowing online invoice payments. Plantmark also requested the development of a Native App with full functionality on both Apple and Android, including the ability to scan products and process on-site payments. The solution also needed to support separate supplier and customer kiosks for streamlined user experience.
The Technology
The eCommerce solution was built on LiveCube by dbg, a powerful, custom-built platform designed for seamless integration with ERP, POS, accounting, and warehouse systems. With the latest Microsoft technologies, LiveCube is fast, secure, and scalable, streamlining sales, operations, and fulfilment.
