Leveraging our LiveCube platform, we delivered a bespoke eCommerce system integrated directly with their ERP and inventory management tools, automating order processing and ensuring accurate real-time data across sales channels. Curasept’s new Shopify site has streamlined order management with enhanced customer notifications, simplified fulfilment and refund workflows, and a smoother wholesale experience with bulk ordering and automated volume discounts. An interactive stockist finder was added to support in-store pickup, improving the overall customer journey and supporting stronger order volumes.
The Strategy
Although Curasept’s eCommerce arm was relatively small, it served as a critical sales channel. A Basic Shopify subscription was recommended, enhanced with purpose-fit apps to manage wholesale operations. This approach allowed Curasept to minimise ongoing costs while creating a scalable foundation for future growth.






The Challenge
Curasept was operating an outdated version of the LiveCube CMS (version 3.5) and the site was no longer fit for purpose, requiring a complete redevelopment and migration to Shopify. Additionally, the business needed to maintain all current data and functionality, while preparing for future integration with MYOB Advanced.
The Technology
The solution needed to support both Curasept’s retail customers and its wholesale partners, which required features like duplicate pricing structures, volume-based discounts, “pay on account” functionality, and complex shipping configurations. All of these were considered during the Shopify migration process.
