The Challenge
When DBG began working with Art to Art in 2016, the eCommerce store was not optimised for growth. The integration with idealPOS presented challenges, particularly with reward points and managing multiple physical stores. The solution has since undergone three upgrades, including new design iterations and added features to further enhance the customer experience and streamline backend operations.
