Mark is a key member of our support team, providing frontline assistance to dbg customers and ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. Known to the team as “Richo”, he is also our resident AWS expert, responsible for managing and maintaining DBG’s cloud infrastructure.
Since joining dbg in 2017, Mark has worked extensively across both LiveCube and LiveSync, bringing valuable system knowledge to every support request. In addition to his customer-facing role, he handles a range of system administration tasks, helping to maintain the stability, security, and performance of our platforms.
