Designing a high performance website is a complex process, but we’re here to simplify the complexity, giving you everything you desire in your customised website.
This happens via our step-by-step process:
Step 1: Understanding Your Business Goals
At this first meeting, we sit down with you to understand your business objectives and the goals of your project. You don’t need to know all the answers – we know the right questions to ask to ensure we get the end result you want.
Step 2: Proposal & Investment
Following our initial meeting, we go away and put our expert heads together to develop a proposal, including your investment outlay, which we will then run through with you.
Step 3: Scoping & Planning
After acceptance of the proposal, we will ‘scope out’ the exact technical requirements of the project to ensure we are all on the same page regarding the finer details of the job before our Programmers get underway with the work.
Taking the time to do this now, will hopefully remove the need for complicated changes or additions down the track.
Step 4: Analysis
Now that the technical side of things is agreed, we will perform a process of analysis to define our approach, including reviewing other sites in the industry which have been successful in achieving similar outcomes, examining aesthetics, usability and graphical theme.
This allows us to then develop a site map with you, ensuring the end result will meet the needs of the intended audience.
Step 5: Design
We work with you closely during this phase to create sketches, storyboards and concepts that our designers can then work from to create mock-ups for how the website will look.
Step 6: Template Implementation
After you are 100% satisfied with the design – as per our design guarantee – the design is converted into HTML. This is then integrated with our Content Management System (if applicable) Content for the website is finalised and Google Analytics is installed on the site.
Step 7: Testing
Rigorous testing of the website takes place, both at our end and yours, to ensure the navigation, features and functionality are working correctly in all browsers and to original specifications.
Step 8: Site Launch & Training
This is where we make your website live and train you to use the Content Management System. Rest assured, our commitment to your websites’ success doesn’t end here.
